Vertcon Builders led the construction at The Breton Residences, located along the coast of the Bayonne Peninsula.  This project featured a wide array of outdoor and indoor amenities, including a pool, multiple landscaped courtyards, Bocce Ball courts, and game rooms.
Additionally, Vertcon Builders led the restoration of the Bayonne Boardwalk which runs adjacent to the property along the bay. The community is conveniently located near downtown Bayonne's shops and restaurants, with easy access to the Light Rail for quick connections to transit hubs and New York City.
