4541 Furman Avenue

4541 Furman Avenue will be a new affordable housing project located on a 26,000 sq. ft. through-lot between White Plains Road and Furman Avenue.  A private outdoor courtyard will connect two new 11-story towers and bring 200 residential units to the area.  This 180,000 sq. ft. project will include a community facility operator on the ground floor with a 24-hour staffed desk and offices.  Below grade parking will be accessible from Furman Avenue.
